Created by Black Box Adventures

Spawn lice, colonize monkeys and become the real king of the jungle. An easy game to learn, but a hard one to master!

We are in (monkey) business!

We did it! Thanks to you Itchy Monkey will reach your doorstep later this year:)

Luckily we still have enough time to unlock some precious stretch goals... there are 4 days left to ask your friends, share this project on social media (Facebook/Twitter), or upgrade your pledge to include the expansion (add €5 to your current pledge).

Here's a little preview for the first stretch goal:

More monkey positions will be revealed when we get closer to reaching this stretch goal!

A lot of you shared the project and our facebook messages, thank you for that! For those of you that didn't, please help us unlock the social stretch goal (see previous updates) by sharing Itchy Monkey with as many primates as you can:)

Also, some other blogs decided to feature Itchy Monkey! Check them out:

Over 60%, still 2 weeks to save the rainforest!

Itchy Monkey is getting featured on Tom Vasel's Crowdsurfing update (Dice Tower), a Dutch podcast called Het Ludieke Gezelschap and more! It's important to get the word out there, and you can help:)

We're not quite there yet with our social stretch goals. Help us unlock some additional content by clicking and sharing one or more of the buttons below! Or go to the BoardGameGeek website and give us some thumbs up. More thumbs ups means Itchy Monkey could get an image featured on the homepage.

Itchy Monkey has passed a few more reviewers and we're happy to add some more reviews, testimonials and a very clear rules explanation to the kickstarter page! Like we said: "Easy to learn, hard to master!" We're expecting a few more so check it out.

In the meantime, if you have any questions about Itchy Monkey or advice for the campaign let us know! At this rate we will most likely get funded, but it would be nice to unlock some of the stretch goals:)

Escape from the jungle at the UKGE

Home sweet home

The UK Games Expo was a wonderful experience, but very exhausting indeed... Despite all the help, we were busy all day long (and the rave-party next door from our hostel every single night didn't help at all...)! Itchy Monkey certainly caught the attention with its silly name, fresh look and challenging gameplay. What seemed to be an easy win, soon became a battle of titans. We've met a lot of wonderful people we hope to see again in the future!

We seem to have persuaded some attendees as in the past days we've seen a slow but steady grow. In the meanwhile sharing Itchy Monkey on facebook and twitter will help us all to reach our funding goal AND the stretch goals!

And don't forget to click on the Kicktraq button as often as you can (and tell your friends to do the same). The more clicks, the sooner we'll be back on the Hot List which is important for getting more backers!

Halfway there and busy busy UKGE

We tried to do this update earlier, but conventions can be so busy:)!

We’re posting this update in between games of “Itchy Monkey”, “Frutti di Mare: Veni, Vidi, Antipasti!” and “Revenge of the Dictators”. We’ve had full tables all day and everybody is enjoying Itchy Monkey, which will hopefully give us more backers.

Speaking of which: we’ve passed the 50% checkpoint and we still have a lot of days to go. In the meantime you can still help us by sharing our facebook updates and tweets (see the previous post)!

If you’re visiting the UKGE come say hi at our booth 1-L5!
